Consisting of 4 sessions, Inner Compass includes:
Development of your Personal Vision, defining what a fulfilling life looks like by exploring your values, passions, and purpose and begin charting a course for the future.
Know Thyself, focusing on self-awareness, using assessments to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and personal assets to better understand the obstacles between you and your vision.
In Roadmap, you'll set a timeline (like five years) and break it down into SMART goals, using time-blocking to create an actionable plan.
Finally, in Personal Board of Directors, you'll establish a trusted group of advisors who will help keep you accountable and support you on your journey.
Working Genius - Team Dynamics

The Working Genius framework enhances team dynamics by helping members understand their natural strengths and how they contribute to group success. By leveraging each person’s Genius, teams improve communication, reduce burnout, and create a more balanced and effective workflow.

Core – Covers the basics of the model, helping individuals understand their Geniuses, frustrations, and personal reports. Teams also get a first look at their team map, identifying strengths and gaps in their collaboration.
Advanced – Building on the foundation by applying Working Genius to specific team functions, including better meetings, hiring, activating missing Geniuses, and project management, ensuring teams maximize efficiency and engagement.

A framework developed by world class experts in adult development, Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey developed this model to uncover hidden mindsets that block personal and organizational growth.
It explains why people often struggle to change despite strong motivation and effort.
The focus of the model is on deep, underlying beliefs rather than surface-level habits.
